Inmate Release

The booking process can take several hours depending on the workload in booking. Persons who have been arrested and are intoxicated by drugs or alcohol will remain in custody and will not be released until such time that they are sober. This can take up to 12 hrs or more.

Inmates who have been released by the court will be released from jail as soon as possible after returning from court.

Information relating to the transportation of inmates to state prison or any other institution will not be released.
